Bio

Mr. Sturdivant has graduate and undergraduate degrees in geology and
over 25 years experience in various hydrogeologic investigations for
solid waste, RCRA, UST, and CERCLA facilities in Louisiana, Florida,
Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, Texas and Illinois. These have included
investigations in coastal plain and Karst geologic regions of the Gulf
Coast. His range of responsibilities has included project management,
field geology, data evaluation, and report preparation for these
investigations. He is a registered Professional Geologist in Florida,
Georgia, Mississippi, and Texas.

Mr. Sturdivant was a Key Project Team Member on an environmental
investigation for the ExxonMobil Chemical Company Baton Rouge
Plastics Plant (BRPP) that received the first Ready for Reuse (RfR)
determination in Louisiana by EPA Region VI and LDEQ. The Project
Team successfully designed and implemented a site-wide Screening
Level Risk Evaluation (SLRE) of the facility and achieved a No Further
Action-At This Time (NFA-ATT) determination for 35 solid waste
management units (SWMUs) and 6 Areas of Concern (AOCs).
